Dr. Das received her doctorate in optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She graduated at the top of her class with Magna Cum Laude honors. During her time at SCO, Dr. Das was active in several optometric clubs and served as Vice President for her class. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.

Dr. Das is passionate about giving back to the community. During her time at SCO, she participated in many community eye care events including:

  • EyeSpy at the Memphis Zoo,
  • Project Homeless Connect,
  • BAPS Mandir Health Fair,
  • and a mission trip to Costa Rica.

While studying for her doctorate, Dr. Das completed her 4th-year internships at The Eye Center of Memphis, Coastal Vision Center, and The Eye Center of Fayetteville. During this time, she found a passion for treating and managing ocular disease.

In her free time, Dr. Das enjoys hanging out with family and friends, working out, traveling, and golfing.
