  • Active member of the Texas Public Health Association

Dr. Nichols earned her doctorate of optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry and was invited to complete specialty training in cornea and contact lenses. During that time, she was involved in various corneal pathology research studies.

She regularly attends national conferences to continue learning about new technology and innovative ideas in the field of Optometry.

Dr. Nichols has a passion for helping patients with keratoconus and corneal transplants improve their vision with custom scleral lenses.

In her free time, she loves watching movies and going hiking with her husband and their border collie named Lady.
