COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

To Our Patients,

Due to the recent concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have temporarily modified our patient hours. The Eye Center of Houston will be open for patient-care from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday. However, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, schedule emergencies, etc. by phone from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

If you or someone in your household is experiencing coronavirus-related symptoms as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we recommend rescheduling your appointment to a later date. To comply with social distancing, please limit the number of people you bring with you during your exam.

*Starting March 25, 2020, we will have telemedicine services for any medical eye concerns. Please call our office at 713-777-2020 to schedule your virtual visit with Dr. Faheem**

We will be extending contact lens prescriptions on a case by case basis for current patients. In addition, we will ship your contacts directly to you with no charge for shipping. If you are in need of contacts please call the office, email eyecenterofhouston@gmail.com, or order through our online store here.

The health and safety of our team, patients, and community is our top priority and we want to do whatever we can to stop the spread of COVID-19. We truly appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time and we hope to be able to resume normal office hours in the near future.
